Our current turnaround time is 5-8 days. Some orders may take longer due to a high volume of orders. Business days do not include weekends. Please keep this in mind before reaching out. Thank you!

Because every piece is handcrafted, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll work with you to make it right.

Lost and Undelivered Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, Saddle N' Spurs Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package appears to be missing, please contact your local post office first. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help however we can.

Order Changes

Once your order is placed, we cannot change anything other than the address. Please reach out ASAP if you need to change the address on your order.
